Why would I hire Designs Inc. instead of a full-time designer?
The annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer is more than $100,000, plus benefits. And it is tough to find a good designer. You might not have enough work to keep them busy, so you are stuck paying for time you do not use.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as needed to ensure you're only paying your designers when you have work available.
Who are the designers?
Designs Inc. is a one-person design team. You will work directly with me, founder of Designs Inc. Yet, partner designers provide specific requests like custom illustrations.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough design work to complete an entire month. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. If you sign up and use the service for 11 days, then decide to pause your subscription, then the billing cycle will be paused, and you will have 20 days of service remaining to be used anytime.
What programs do you design?
Most projects are designed using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
How do I request designs?
Request designs directly via Trello, sharing Google Docs or Loom video. If it can be linked to or shared in Trello, It works.
What if I don't like the design?
We will continue to revise the design until you are 100% satisfied.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the work's high-quality nature, no refunds will be available.
